Antoli Developments contracted CAI Vision to design, install and maintain a complete 'lifestyle' environment as part of a complete refurbishment of a premium property in North London.
Lutron homeworks lighting
We designed & installed the automated lighting to cover all areas of the property, and provided intergration with the Control 4 home automation system.
Television/Sky Distribution
Our in house TV system Designer specified a system which included 2no Sky HD boxes one would be dedicated for the Cinema room and one to be distributed to all other TV points we also included a Hotbird satellite to receive European channels,standard terresteal & free view channels have also been distributed to all areas.the external security cameras have been integrated to allow viewing on any tv in the property.
Total Security Solution
The project required a high level of security our designers specified a Texecom Premier intruder alarm system which covered all areas of the property we have also installed a 24 hour remote link , our in wall keypads maintained the look the interior designer had in mind for the project.
The property has external gates and we have installed a vandal resistant video stanless steel gate panel, which is controlled via the internal recessed video monitors which allows access to the property, we had the internal monitors customised to match the other finishes in the property.
The CCTV system has been installed to the external of the property which covers the front & rear elevations these are recorded onto a central hardrive & integrated into the main TV system.
Home Cinema Experiance
Our clients brief for the home cinema room was to create the WOW factor we promise,our team working with the interior designer created a room which exceeded the clients expectation, we installed a full HD projector & tab tensioned 2.5 metre electric screen, installing five in wall premium speakers & one sub woofer our integration with the Control 4 user interface enables easy one touch control of the entire room, several audio sources including a Sky HD, blueray player, music server allows the client sit back and enjoy the ultimate home cinema experience.
