A/V Supply, Installation and Commissioning Service
We offer a straightforward and competitive service;
- We will meet with you at your property and discuss your requirements on a “room by room” basis and provide a budgetary quotation for your system.
- A visit can then be arranged to our Demonstration Penthouse where you can view a fully integrated Home Automation system.
- After reviewing our budgetary quotation and experiencing our Penthouse you can request a “Home Design pack” from us. This involves a full technical survey of your Home from which we produce a full scope statement, drawings and an accurate quote.
- Upon acceptance of our quotation and agreeing any final specification details we appoint your personal CAI CI Project Manager who will oversee your entire Project
Project Management
- A structured Project Plan with timescales and access arrangements will be agreed with you
- Site visit to meet your contractor to allow a full review of; equipment locations, cabling routes and cut-outs
- All equipment is ordered and delivered directly to our CI ‘test and build facility’ where the equipment is soak tested.
- Cabling “first fix” is undertaken at your property; all cabling being fully tested upon completion
- All equipment is delivered, installed and commissioned at your property
- A complete demonstration of your system is undertaken together with a visual inspection of the entire installation, the system is then handed over to you as a completed project
- A comprehensive “hand over” pack is presented; containing all of the system manuals and warranty/maintenance contract details.
